I’ve suffered from limiting self-belief and lack of self-confidence for most of my life.
I never believed I was good enough in many aspects of my life.
One of the biggest things that can bring us down or stop us in our tracks is our own lack of self-belief.
Primarily this comes from our inner voice.
I think we’d all agree that life at times is a bit like a roller coaster.
The ups and downs, the slow and fast bits and the mixed feelings you get inside.
